For me cooking is as good as any art. It need practice , rhythm , dedication and of-course love for cooking to make that perfect dish.
I inherit my cooking skills from my mother. She is a old school and theee best at cooking authentic Indian recipes. And I am trying my best to be like her.
I enjoy cooking like anything, it lightens my mood , and when I see the joy on others faces while eating what I have cooked , it gives me immense satisfaction.
My ideal kitchen katha starts with a nice old songs. And I believe that cooking is similar to composing any melodious song. Composed with all best ingredients, rhythm of spoons and ladle, here I present my first recipe : Puran Poli.
